SoHo & Lower Manhattan
Sleep through the dentistry. In your own dentist's chair.
We are a mobile dental anesthesia service. A board-credentialed dental anesthesiologist with more than three decades of office-based practice travels to dental offices around SoHo, Tribeca and the Village — so you never have to be moved to a hospital or surgery center to be treated asleep.

Who this is for
Dentistry that has been impossible until now.
Adults who dread the chair
If cleanings get postponed for years and the sound of a handpiece raises your pulse, sedation lets a full treatment plan happen in one quiet visit.
Children who can't sit through it
Young or apprehensive kids who need several restorations get one calm appointment instead of six difficult ones.
Patients with special needs
Sensory sensitivity, involuntary movement, or communication differences make routine dentistry hard. Anesthesia makes it possible in a familiar office.
Long, complex treatment days
Full-arch implants, multiple extractions, or combined surgical and restorative work — comfortable start to finish, in a single sitting.
How it works
Four steps, and only one of them happens in the chair.
- 01
Your dentist calls us
Most patients never search for us — their dentist does. If you found us first, we'll coordinate with your practice directly.
- 02
A pre-op phone screening
We review your medical history, medications, airway, and prior anesthesia experiences, then give you fasting and escort instructions in plain English.
- 03
Anesthesia in your dentist's operatory
We arrive early, set up hospital-grade monitoring and our own equipment and medications, and stay with you continuously for the whole procedure.
- 04
Recovery and a next-day check-in
You wake up in the same chair, are discharged to your escort once you meet recovery criteria, and get a follow-up call the next day.
For dental practices
Keep the case. We bring the anesthesia.
Referring a sedation case out usually means losing it. We work as the anesthesia arm of your practice for a day: our equipment, our medications, our monitoring, our documentation — in your operatory, on your schedule.
How practice partnerships work- Pediatric, special-care and medically complex patients treated in-house
- Nothing for the practice to purchase, store, stock or maintain
- Pre-op screening handled before the patient is ever scheduled
- One clinician responsible for sedation from induction through discharge

Your anesthesiologist
One physician anesthesiologist, start to finish.
Dr. Khan personally screens, sedates, monitors and discharges every patient. There is no rotating team and no hand-off mid-case — the clinician who reviews your health history is the clinician at your side in the operatory.
Three decades of hospital and office-based anesthesia experience, brought to dental practices across SoHo, Tribeca and Greenwich Village.

Ask about your case
Patients and dental practices both start the same way: a short conversation about the treatment planned and the medical history behind it.
